Jason Chaffets Single-handedly Amends the Constitution

Chaffetz slipped up in an interview, saying:

"I happen to support our Constitution’s definition of marriage as between one man and one woman."

Um... Jason, that's not in the constitution.

Though some people want it there.

To give the guy a break, it is possible that he was referring to the Utah Constitution, which does define marriage.
