First Impressions

My father-in-law said he watched the debates. I thought "Excellent," and tapped my fingers together. He said they made him think Palin would be a fresh start in Washington. I vomited silently into the back of my throat, swallowed, and said, "Oh."

I mentioned before that my in-laws were undecided between McCain and Obama. But when McCain chose Palin, they knew they had their lady, even though they knew nothing about her. Now that we do know something, that initial impression still holds strong.

Dave, sorry I didn't say anything at the time. Hope this post doesn't offend you. We'll talk before November 4th.
