Jarecki: Like Unto the Book of Mormon

Eugene Jarecki made some points that sounded like he got them from the Book of Mormon.

Like:
"The world is not a secure place, and you cannot have perfect security, and what you can do by trying to pursue perfect security is you can literally bankrupt yourself as a nation, on every level, spiritually, economically."

"You can destroy from within, that which you're trying to protect from without."

The Nephites tried to have perfect security by wiping out the Lamanites. In doing so, they became morally bankrupt, and lost that which they tried to protect. Incredible.

"afear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather bfear him which is able to cdestroy both dsoul and body in ehell." Matt. 10:28

Some will trust in their presidential candidate to protect them. Some in government will trust in amassing weapons to protect them. I trust in God alone. I fear not, even when I am told to fear. I doubt not the promise of the Lord.An example of how our Government trusts in armaments.

Somebody needs to get a Book of Mormon to Eugene Jarecki.
