The Whole World Test: Capitalism Fail
Physicists test the laws of physics by taking them mathematically back to the big bang.

I apply this test to ideologies. I take them to an extreme to see if they would hold up under pressure. For example, Quakers and Jehovah's Witnesses do not fight. If everyone in the world were Quakers and Jehovah's Witnesses, one armed man could rule them all.
With money, if everyone in the world had a million dollars, everyone would stop working, and the economic system would collapse. Capitalism depends on a poor working class for it's existence.
Who knew Ed McMaughan was a communist?

ReplyDeleteThat is not true. Having weapons does not mean power. The masses would disarm and disable him. That is why the belief that the military protects freedom is a fallacy. If the USA was invaded the invaders can not control the masses as the masses would still support the constitution.
Unarmed masses can hardly control an armed oppression, which is why the founders secured our right to bear arms.
ReplyDeleteI do agree with your attitude that we have nothing to fear from outside invasion.
"If everyone in the world were Quakers and Jehovah's Witnesses, one armed man could rule them all."
ReplyDeleteFalse. If everyone, EVERYONE, were truly Jehovah's Witnesses, there would not be an armed man to "rule" them all.
