Common Biases:

Overconfidence Bias — When we think we know more than we actually do.

Availability Bias — Tendency for people to base their judgments on information that is readily available to them.

Escalation of Commitment Error — Staying with a decision when there is clear evidence that it's wrong.

One old black man defeats the KKK with kindness and humor. They burned down his church, burned a cross in his yard, and mercilessly taunted him. He always responded in kindness, and turned their hearts to him. We should use this as a blueprint to respond to those who hate us.
