Once again, if they really had a pair, they would refuse to pay their taxes. The Boston Tea Party

Send a strong message. Stop paying your taxes. Your time in jail might give you charity to those who languish in prison for opposing other stupid laws. was illegal, and the participants would have been jailed if caught.
